I’m so excited to be able to introduce my next title to you – Christmas at Tillingford Hall. It is the second book in the Tillingford Hall series and it's publishing on 18th November 2025 on Amazon and Audible. It is available for pre-order on this website and on Amazon.

The cover is designed by Berni Stevens, a very talented cover designer, who has been shortlisted twice for the Romantic Novelists' Association Cover Designer of the Year award. I had two illustrators creating the elements - the house, dog and trees were done by Sajeela Kiran (you can find her on Instagram @sajee_artandpatterns) and Dijana Peter (@burntredhen on Fiverr)

The cover shows our heroine, Charlotte Patcham, leaning on her shovel in the grounds of Tillingford Hall where she is head gardener. Her little beagle, Bertie, is gazing adoringly up at her. Read on...

So, what's it about?

Charlotte Patcham’s social life is succumbing to mildew. So is her career. Her dream job running the Bath Physick Garden has turned into a nightmare: the garden is underfunded and understaffed and has become a target for vandals. And her bosses are piling on the pressure.

So why does she hesitate to take the job of Head Gardener at Hampshire’s famous Tillingford Hall? Could it be because her lying, thieving, cheating ex, Sebastian, has also returned to work there after he left in disgrace last summer?

When fate pushes Charlie towards Tillingford Hall, the opening Christmas concert looms. Can she learn to work alongside Seb to get everything ready in time?

And what about Steve Silver, the foxy tree surgeon? Is he the kind of steady man Charlie could take to spend the festive season with her parents? Or will Charlie and Seb reignite their sparkle in time to celebrate Christmas together?

Although I've changed the way I'm doing my charity donations, I'm still open to the idea of a charity partnership. So, if any charities with stories relevant to Christmas at Tillingford Hall, who want to enter into a corporate partnership with Lumina Publications, want to come forward, please do - there'll be plenty of cash in it for you! Relevant themes include: drug and alcohol awareness; improving access to the countryside, especially for people from cities; protection of the countryside, especially trees; helping inner city kids stay away from gangs.

A Little Treat is published on Amazon and Audible on 15th July 2025. Please pre-order copies on Amazon (rather than here – unless you have a strong objection to Amazon) as it will help boost my visibility on publication day! E-books are already available to pre-order, paperbacks will be available on publication day.
